Wellbeing

The wellbeing of any individual is important.

Nevertheless, it is crucial in a school environment that wellbeing is monitored of both the students and staff.

Top Tips:

Talk– It is so important to talk to other people around you. If you don’t feel comfortable talking to someone you know, there are many places you can turn to for support. Sometimes by just talking, we make ourselves feel better and continue to have a positive mindset.

Get active- A few minutes of a simple exercise can make you feel energised and refreshed. Try taking a 5-minute walk either during your lunch break or at the end of the day to get fresh air and some thinking time to yourself.

Be Mindful – Keeping track of what we’re thinking in our minds and what is happening to our bodies is important. Simple breathing techniques, yoga and mindfulness colouring are types of exercises you can do to bring back a sense of calm to your daily routine.
