Webinar information

The classroom environment affects student performance. Through this webinar we will explore the environmental factors influencing learning in your classroom. You will find out how to:

  • Monitor and control seven key environmental factors.
  • Make simple changes to improve student performance and outcomes.
  • Introduce classroom-based enquiries to engage your students, facilitate greater awareness and improve student agency in regards to their learning environment.

Dr Katherine Forsey CSciTeach will introduce the research underpinning our knowledge in this area including the work of Professor Peter Barrett, Professor Stephen Heppell and their research teams. Dr Forsey will share how the science of improving educational outcomes can be immediately applied in classrooms.
